1. conclusion of the contract
With your order you submit a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods.
We can accept this offer. First you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided (order confirmation).
However, a purchase contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or with the delivery of the ordered goods.
When ordering via our online store, the ordering process comprises a total of 3 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer data including billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step how you would like to pay. In the last step, you have the option of entering all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, items ordered) and correct them if necessary, before you send us your order by clicking on 'Order with costs.

2. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print this out before sending your order to us to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order process. We will also send you order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our General Terms and General Terms and Conditions to the e-mail address you have provided.

3. Reservation of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.
4 Prices, shipping costs, return costs in case of revocation
All prices are final prices. The minimum order value is 10,00 Euro.

5. Terms of delivery
The delivery times stated in the offer apply as delivery times; these begin with receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by direct debit, the delivery times begin with acceptance of the contract by the company.
6. Terms of payment
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, by invoice, by direct debit or by cash on delivery. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with the bank details in the order confirmation.
The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 3 days.

7 Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions. Insofar as used goods subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.

8. Data protection
When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data within the collected, stored and processed in accordance with the statutory provisions.
When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your PC is stored, date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC as well as the pages you have viewed are pages you have viewed are logged. Duration of storage Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website is only stored until the purpose for which they were entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and tax retention periods must be observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
Your rights ....If you no longer consent to the storage of your personal data or if it has become incorrect, we will delete, correct or block your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions. 9 Applicable law
German law is exclusively applicable. With respect to the consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his or her domicile or habitual residence.

10. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel at short notice or do not show up, we will have to charge you between €50 and €150. 

11. Contract By submitting an order for a voucher, you agree to the following agreements. By confirming that you have read the terms and conditions, a purchase contract is concluded between you and Irmina Jamowska, Grellstr. 15, 10409 Berlin.

12. Minimum amount Gift vouchers can be ordered within Germany from an amount of 10,00 Euro.

13. Postage When ordering via the Internet, 3.45 euros postage will be charged per order. It is not possible to order from abroad.

14. Payment After sending the order you will receive an invoice by e-mail to the address you have given. You transfer the invoice amount in advance to the account details provided. The gift voucher is only valid and can be redeemed once the full amount has been received.

15. Shipping The gift voucher will be sent by Deutsche Post after receipt of payment in our account and will arrive after the usual postal delivery time.

16. Validity Vouchers and gift voucher cards are valid for a limited period of 24 months. If the company ceases to exist, e.g. due to insolvency, the validity of the voucher also expires. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, but only for goods or rental of offered rental items.

17. Redemption The gift voucher can be redeemed at any time during opening hours in our store. Partial redemption is not possible.

18. Return

Since the shooting bookings / gift vouchers / vouchers are personalized items, there is no right of return.
